We have a 72 hour refund policy, which means you have 72 hours after receiving your item to request a refund.
Damages and issues
All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, MA BEAUTY is not responsible for any damage caused during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim. We’re happy to provide any documentation or proof of value to assist with your claim.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to submit a refund request about the item you have, and once the request is accepted, make a separate purchase using your refund for the new item.
Refunds
Please note: All sales are final. Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than incorrect or missing items.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Returns - Customers outside the United States are welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees paid upon delivery are non-refundable by MA BEAUTY, as these are collected by your local customs authority. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
