Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 7-10 business days once your order has been processed.

Damaged During Delivery

All orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, MA BEAUTY is not responsible for any damage caused during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.

We’re happy to provide any documentation or proof of value to assist with your claim.

Returns

Please note: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products & hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than incorrect or missing items.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express! Fast, tracked, and reliable!
International Orders & Customs: Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. MA BEAUTY is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. Customers in regions such as Kosovo, Albania, and the Balkans should be aware that customs fees may apply and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
